ANAS pursues quality and sustainability of production, guarantees the genealogies of the animals and their traceability with the National Data and DNA Bank.

Bonicar, has obtained the Tuscia Viterbese mark, which is issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Viterbo to producers who use raw materials from the Tuscia region.

De Santis breeding
De Santis Pietro, Romolo and Gianfranco Soc. Agr. S.S was established in Viterbo in 1961 as a pig breeding farm. Registered with Anas, it regularly participates in genetic improvement programmes. All animals are born and raised on the farm in compliance with animal welfare regulations and are fed according to the guidelines dictated by the Parma Ham PDO specification.
